Today I’ve taken Cash Withdrawals, and it’s more than pocket change!

Day 54
CASHOUTS
$84.62
Day 54
EARNINGS
$86.31
Day 54
INVESTED
$441.00

You’ll recall that I joined ClixSense over a year ago and on Day 7 I spent $17 to upgrade my account. I took my first cashout from ClixSense on Day 54, when I realized I had already earned the membership withdrawal threshold of $6.00.

And so today I am commemorating that event by taking my first cash withdrawals at NerdBux, NeoBux, and ProBux.

Here are my earnings through today:

Pay-To-Click Earnings - Day 54

By and large, because of Referral Renting, my cashouts at NerdBux, NeoBux, and ProBux are noticably larger than my first ClixSense cashout.

Receiving that money felt really good!

We’ve reached a major milestone when earnings become real money. And I am happy to be getting paid — finally — for all the clicking I’ve been doing over these past 54 days.

AN HOUR A DAY

Clicking on ads at these Pay-To-Click sites takes only about an hour a day, more or less.

NerdBux seems a little unusual — they’ve had some very attractive advertising sales that really loaded up the Earn Money page, so the better part of my hour is spent there at NerdBux, clicking all the available ads. (Up to 80 ads on some days!) NeoBux has plenty of ads to click on too; the rest (including ClixSense) I can breeze through in just a few minutes.

At the three sites that offer Referral Rentals, it’s essential to click the ads each day — that’s the only way I will earn from my “office pool.”

YOU ARE THE WORLD

Do I need to click every single ad? Probably not. But I certainly maximize my own earnings by doing so.

It also makes me the kind of referral that I want to have in my own office pool.

Why is that important? Because the world outside issues from the world inside. My character, my personality, my thoughts, feelings, and actions, all color my perception of the world I see. We all see something slightly different, and we choose to focus on different things. We can look and see obstacles, or we can look again and see opportunities. Together we make the world we live in.

You can believe that metaphorically. I choose to believe it more practically, and allow the idea to become my motivation for doing more of what I hope to see in the world.

So by clicking all the ads presented to me, I believe I will in the future obtain a pool of referrals who also click all the ads… and together we will make far more money than if I only spent a few minutes per day, and only clicked a few high-value ads.

THE FLOW

Pay-To-Click Pay Day!

Cash Flow Means More Pay Days.

So far you can see by the numbers up there I have put a lot more money into this business than I have taken out.

Money has a property we call flow.

Water has always been a good analogy for money, so it’s helpful to think about money using the same terms and phrases we use to describe water. Raining, pouring, percolating, frozen, hot, cold, bubbling, streaming, rushing, rising — flow.

You’ve heard the phrase “cash flow?” Money goes into a business, money comes out of a business — cash flow.

Looking at those numbers you may think PTC is not a good business. It looks like a whole lot of money going in and not nearly so much coming out.

But that snapshot — that momentary NOW — fails to capture the active flow that’s happening.

Recall that on Day 30, earnings were only $25.34. Today, just 24 days later, earnings total more than three times that amount at $86.31. You see earnings are accelerating.

Over the past 10 days, my PTC business earnings have been averaging $2.65 per day. At that rate, I will earn back and withdraw everything I have invested within 134 days.

Here’s the calculation:

$441.00$84.62 = $356.38 NET INVESTMENT

$356.38 / $2.65 = 134 DAYS TO PROFITABILITY

In fact, I expect it will take less time to reach profitability, because my earnings are accelerating.

When the business reaches profitability and begins to produce more money than what has gone into it, it becomes self-sustaining. The money the business makes becomes the money that flows in. At that break-even point I will no longer need to make any further out-of-pocket investments in the business.

Of course at this point it hasn’t happened yet, and maybe the money I’ve spent is all down the tubes. (Another water phrase there.) Maybe? You think?

EVEBUX AND STORYBUX

In my last post I mentioned I had just joined another Pay-To-Click — EveBux, and this week there’s another new one on the chart: StoryBux. StoryBux is very different from all the others because the View Ads page is all banners. Check out StoryBux. It’s an eye-full! You won’t fall asleep clicking on that colorful animated page of banners.

I’ll be back in just six days when — on Day 60 — I’ll have more to tell.

EveBux, mentioned in this post, appears to be gone. You’ll read about it in an upcoming post!

  2. Tame Bear says:

The owner/admin over at StoryBux now reports he’s having PayPal issues, is currently unable to pay Cashouts, and is looking for a new owner for the site. I am continuing to click on ads there because any money earned can be used to advertise on the site.

  3. Tame Bear says:

The guys at TimTech SOLD NerdBux on March 18, 2014.

Please read the blog post I wrote about the events leading up to the sale: “The Rise and Fall of NerdBux.”

Earnings dropped off quite a bit after the sale… but not to zero. I am still logging in every day and clicking all available ads, and earning money.

No, I don’t think NerdBux is dead yet, but TRUST — which is an important facet of business — has been significantly eroded.
