Apple sent out it’s press announcements today for the upcoming special media event to take place on Wednesday, Jan. 27th, 2010. Everyone expects they will be taking the wraps off a brand new product — the “Apple Tablet.” Feels a bit like waiting for Moses to bring those chiseled stones down from the mountain. Yes, The Bear is excited. As a long-time Apple computer user, every new piece of tech from Cupertino starts me drooling. Why? Because Apple is expertly prescient in anticipating trends and fashioning them in beautiful objects that appear to come from the future. Once the product begins shipping, it will be another half-a-year at least before the world comes to understand just how truly awesome the new gadget really is.
